FLAT FEE PRICING

OUR PRICING & LEGAL FEES

We offers virtually all its legal services on a flat fee basis. At the conclusion of our initial consultation with a client, our firm will provide a written fee quote for a client project. The following tables list our standing pricing for common legal services. This pricing is not available to a particular client until we have conducted a consultation and ensured that there are no complicating factors in the individual’s case. Gogia & Raj Law, PLLC has not agreed to perform work for a particular client until we offer a written legal services agreement to that client.

Payment terms: In flat fee matters, our clients pay 50% of the attorney fee at the time they retain the law firm. The remaining 50% is due at the time the packet is filed. The fee must be paid in full before the packet is filed. In multi-step matters, such as fiancée and marriage visas, payment for each individual step is handled separately – that is, 50% of payment for Step 1 is due at the initiation of that step.
