Sonal Gogia is a Partner in the law firm of Gogia & Raj Law, PLLC, concentrating his practice in deportation defense, family and employment-based immigration petitions and appeals. He is an active member of the New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, but represents clients throughout the U.S. in all Immigration matters. He has a deep understanding and interest in investor based immigration laws, especially in EB-5 and EB-1.

 

Sonal is a 2013 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law where he represented (under supervision) many immigrant clients for their immigration needs. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, City University of New York. Sonal is fluent in English and Hindi, while he has some working knowledge of Mandarin.

Sneha Raj, Esq.

SNEHA RAJ, ESQ

Sneha Raj is a Partner in the law firm of Gogia & Raj Law, PLLC, concentrating her practice in family and employment-based immigration petitions, including H, E and L visa petitions, with a focus on the PERM labor certification process for Green Cards. Sneha’s is passionate about getting obtaining relief victims of crime (U Visas) and Battered Women (Spouses) under Violence Against Women Act (VAWA Petitions), and survivors of human trafficking (T Visas). She is an active member of the New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

 

Sneha is a 2014 graduate of Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law where she occasionally represented (under supervision) battered spouses and helped them obtain relief under VAWA. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, City University of New York. Sneha is fluent in English, German and Hindi, while she has some working knowledge of French and Peshto.
